Cullen J. Davis, Principal for Hallmark & Johnson Property Management, is a licensed attorney and real estate broker. A Native Chicago and a graduate of Northwestern Law, his primary responsibilities include all phases of operations. In addition to his Hallmark & Johnson leadership role, he also maintains leadership role at several other companies:

· Chief Executive Officer for Urban Property Advisors (UPA), specialists in the public, affordable and mixed-income housing arena.

· CJD Investments, which identifies opportunities for acquisition of undervalued properties in transitional neighborhoods.

· CJD Projects, which develops multifamily housing of all manner. Mr. Davis has an expertise in complex financial transactions, especially those involving a high degree of government interaction.

· CNS Projects, Mr. Davis is an advisor and principal to a company that seeks to holistically develop urban areas. Currently, Mr. Davis has over 35 Million in value under development.

Mr. Davis was an associate in the real estate department at the law firm of Winston & Strawn, where he represented developers, financial institutions, investment bankers and investor groups in connection with residential, industrial, office and retail properties. He received a Juris doctorate from Northwestern University’s School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree from Grinnell College. He is a certified tax-credit compliance specialist, a member of the Illinois Bar Association, Real Estate Broker, and a variety of other professional memberships and certifications.

Mr. Davis was an aid for Congressmen Danny K. Davis and has worked for Winston & Strawn. Mr. Davis lives in the North Kenwood-Oakland community and has been a pioneer in that community’s re-development.
