Renee Bova, CPA, Financial Comptroller, brings Hallmark and Johnson more than 7 years of Certified Public Accounting experience. She develops and maintains management systems to ensure financial data submitted to owners is accurate and timely. This includes monthly and quarterly submissions, and year-end audit for regulatory agencies such as HUD, Chicago Housing Authority, Illinois Department of Housing Administration, National Equity Fund, Inc and private investors. She is responsible for monitoring the data submitted for financial reporting at the site levels, monitors the accuracy of data to include vendor payables, tenant receivables. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Loyola University and supervises the staff to ensure financial reports are accurate and timely.
